Following on the PT-AE900U 720p projector, Panasonic now has the PT-AE1000U which is 1080p. It is a three-panel LCD unit. It has an 11,000:1 contrast ratio and 1,100 lumens of brightness. Price not announced yet, but we anticipate it to be about $4,000.
