RTI Launches Integration Zone, the Official Forum for the RTI Professional Integrator

SHAKOPEE, Minn. — May 4, 2010 — In a continued effort to provide enhanced communications and support for its network of dealers, Remote Technologies Incorporated (RTI) today introduced the Integration Zone, the official forum for the RTI professional integrator.

Integration Zone offers RTI professional integrators a password-protected, dealer-only forum with monitoring and participation by RTI staff. Through Integration Zone, dealers have an online community for the exchange of information, system files, tips and tricks, as well as an excellent resource for discussing troubleshooting and system-design questions with a network of RTI experts and dealers. In addition, the forum provides an opportunity for integrators to submit requests for new drivers to be developed by RTI.

“We are eager to gain closer contact with our dealers and step up the level of support we offer them,” said Pete Baker, vice president of sales and marketing for RTI. “Integration Zone is our latest initiative in providing this enhanced communication and support for our dealers. We are also taking advantage of several different mediums to reach integrators from all angles and keep them up to speed on all the latest from RTI.”

Other dealer communications initiatives from RTI include the Pro Integrator e-mail newsletter, which outlines recent product and sales developments, new dealer resources, as well as offers a complete listing of all of the upcoming RTI Advanced Control University (ACU) training seminars. The company also utilizes RSS feeds, Twitter, and Facebook to keep dealers updated with up-to-the-minute information on the latest RTI product and feature developments, from new product releases to two-way driver developments.
