PETALUMA, Calif. — April 21, 2010 — Panamax/Furman today announced that the company was named “Accessory Vendor of the Year” by Home Entertainment Source (HES), a group of specialty consumer electronics independent dealers, at the recent HES Summit in Dallas. A vendor partner of HES since 2008, Panamax/Furman provides the buying group’s members with full access and special pricing on the company’s complete offering of power management technologies.
The annual HES Summit is a three-day event where the buying group’s members gather to discuss their vision for the upcoming year, and review the contributions and level of support from the group’s vendor partners during the previous year. The “Vendor of the Year” winners are then chosen by a panel of HES senior management, including Jim Ristow, HES executive vice president.
