"Repo! The Genetic Opera" (Blu-ray)

Synopsis

At some time in the future, organ failures are the main disease that plagues mankind. But never fear, because GENECO will supply fresh healthy organs, of course at a steep price.

Unfortunately, it's a price that not everyone can keep up on their payments.

So, the Repo Man hunts them down and repossesses the transplanted organs.

And it's all done in operatic form with lots of singing, slippin' and slidin' in the blood.

Commentary

This one reminds me of Sweeney Todd - The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, with its singing while cutting throats.

Technical

The image is not as sharp as it could be, but there is good surround sound.
