Synopsis

On the East Coast, several gangs sell drugs through connections in Jamaica.

It's a violent look at the world of money and power that are strong attractants to those growing up in poverty.

Commentary

This is an Indie film, with an interesting story, but not very well done. Nevertheless, the whole thing is very frightening.

Technical

Although the picture quality is good, the sound is not recorded very well on location, as it is difficult to hear what the actors are saying.
