written by Kris Deering , January 09, 2008 Hey guys, I understand the issue with the 983. It will be out in 1st quarter of 08 but Oppo has given me a early review unit that I've had since November. Based on the strength of its performance in the time I've had it there was no way I could award any other DVD player over it. Consider it an early thumbs up! A review will be published around the time the product launches to ensure we cover any final firmware changes. Headphones
