The latter outputs it digital signal via an S/PDIF (RCA) 75 ohm, so I bought Digital Audio Coaxial SPDIF Coax to Toslink Optical Digital Converter & cable to connect to the Pearl. When I tried to operate the Arcam via the Pearl, the latter's LED display showed the message, "D In:Unlock". The Pearl Owner's manual says this is due to "excessive jitter".
