(I'm still getting my feet wet with all this business...) Auerbach's latest actually had the highest percentage of vinyl sales for a release since Radiohead's "In Rainbows," according to Auerbach's MySpace page. I'm sorry you missed it because it really sounds great! I don't know of a site that tells you about upcoming releases, but I do know that companies have had to step up their volume to meet demand & that pretty much everything I listen to is being offered on vinyl these days. (Smaller local releases being the primary exception to that rule.) Also, most of the new releases come with a CD of the album or a download coupon so always check availability before committing to a digital purchase. Lastly, go see Auerbach live if you get the chance. A group from Texas, called Hacienda, is backing him up & the whole effect is mind-blowing.
