Jason,

Thank you for the reply. I don't have OK Computer on vinyl just yet but I do have In Rainbows from their box set. I have to say that it is an excellent showcase of what they have learned over the years.

You will find that after OK Computer there was a lot of experimentation with the Kid A and Amnesiac albums. Depending on your tastes, they are either hit or miss. What is interesting is to see how they applied those experiments to the following albums of Hail to the Thief and In Rainbows. That said, OK Computer is still their shining star. An album that is at it's best when listened to from start to finish. (Wait until you hear Let Down)

Another artist that may interest you is Sigur Ros. They are an extraordinary non-English band from Iceland. Their eccentric compositions are otherworldly and captivating. You will find few songs with the intensity and grandeur as track 7 (Viorar Vel Til Loftarasa) from the Ágætis Byrjun album and the Untitled (Popplagið) track 8 from the () album. Yes, they have an entire album that is untitled with all songs being untitled. Hence the ().

They also have a DVD called Heima that is an wonderful documentary of their musical attitudes. If you would like to discuss further, feel free to contact me personally at my email address.

Best,
Chris - Chris

Hi Roy,

I did a little digging around, but I couldn't find a single of the song you're after. The album that contains it is readily available on full-length vinyl though. It is in stock at elusivedisc.com as we speak. Hope this helps even if it doesn't solve. Thanks for your comment. - jason

Hi Chris,

Thanks for your comment. I've heard that "Computer" is a great album, but I don't have it. I'm also curious about "In Rainbows." I have a lot of respect for Radiohead & any other band that has the courage to grow & change in front of an expectant audience. R.E.M., Wilco, & My Morning Jacket are some that come to mind. Also, Radiohead just released a slew of 45rpm 180 gram 12" singles as well as a "best of" box set. Check 'em out & let me know what you think if you're so inclined.

sorry this isn't much help - but at the jukebox madness fair last october, we bought (from who I can't remember) a double a-side of amy winehouse's rehab and kid rock (all summer long) for £4.99. It is out there, somewhere. - mike
