I just purchased two and auditioned them with Trasformers revenge of the fallen and these subs Rock! Unreal, had my friends over and i saw there Jaws drop. One of the best choices i ever made-Go SVS! Highly recommended. - John Davis

Nice review. SVS makes superior subwoofers at reasonable prices. The "Crush Depth"chapter of "K*19 The Widowmaker" has subsonic sound that can shake a room and SVS's subwoofers will manage it impressively with 16Hz and 8Hz waves with a 2Hz pulsating carrier. Lowest speaker depth I've ever heard and I play five string bass.

For pipe organ, they may be the best sub you can buy, regardless of price. The realism is uncanny. - PBR

dB SPL vs Freq Plots

I like how in the technical section you have taken the time to explain the plots for the non-uber-technical folks. Thanks!

Perhaps, next time use a more granular scale on the Y axis? A resolution of maybe 3Hz? Its a sub, so what's with showing the output to nearly 4KHz? Maybe, cut off at 200Hz considering no one in their right mind would set the crossover higher than that... - Rosti

Silly Love Songs

I loved that song from the very first time I heard it when I was a kid and I still love it. I have never had a chance to hear it on a really good sound system and I regret that. I think that the stuff Mcartney did when he was solo was better than a lot of the stuff he did with the Beatles.

Some people want to fill the world with silly love songs ..... and what's wrong with that. - Dean
