Conclusions about the Emotiva Airmotiv5 Powered Studio Monitors
These speakers come in three sizes, 4, 5 and 6. The 6 will most certainly go deeper on the bass end which would be welcome but only at the cost of considerably more desk space. If you really do have a sound studio you probably do have the room. But if you're looking for computer speakers the 5 is a nice size in my opinion. A subwoofer tucked away somewhere would add more bass of course. As for the rest of the frequencies these speakers are definitely worth trying via Emotiva's no-risk home trial. The airmotiv 5's won't embellish a bad recording but they make a good recording a great experience.
